I was able to log in and download the DLC when logged into my account, but when I switch to my wife's account I cannot access them. The songs don't show up as purchased.

Reply Share this post. I'm surprised that it worked that way for you on the PS3. I would think that DLC would be accessible only on the account that purchased it. Maybe someone else knows better. At the Sony Website you can sign in and hit the Activate a Device button.
If you don't have it activated, you cannot share DLC content with other users. Once you have activated it, you should be all set.
